Hearts and Minds

Hearts & Minds is an interactive six-week physical activity-based group program for children three to five years of age and their caregivers. The group focuses on learning simple physical activities to keep our bodies healthy, understanding the connection between exercise and how we feel, enjoying healthy snacks, as well as having fun as a family.
